Poppy Seed Muffins
I did what some of the reviews suggested. I mixed the dry ingredients separate and folded them into the wet ingredients. The batter was very very lumpy but it worked. I doubled the recipe and got 48 regular muffins and 24 mini muffins out of the double batch. (It was for a school project) I baked them for 18 minutes and it turned out wonderful. The glaze made the difference between a good muffin and an excellent muffin. I will definitely make these again.

Deer Chop Hurry
I have never cooked deer meat before so I thought by cooking it in the crock pot, there would be less room for error. I thought it turned out great. It had a lot of flavor and made quite a bit of gravy. It does kinda remind me of beef stroganoff. This is good with mashed potatoes or stroganoff noodle or just plain egg noodles.

Hot Cocoa Mix
I thought it was a very good recipe. It doesn't make very much and powdered milk is expensive. I don't know if it is that much better than store bought to make it worth the price. I like this recipe because it is a dry mix and can be stored and used later. I thought it would be good for my large crowd at Christmas but like I said, it only made about 6 cups.
