Aw-some Cole Slaw

This was great! I did double the sugar since my family likes a more sweet taste in their cole slaw. I will definitely make this again! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

Wow! That is really all I can say! My husband says he has found his new favorite vegetable! I did use jarred mushrooms instead of fresh because that was what I had. Still was absolutely amazing!

Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Really nice! I was worried about the tomatoes being left in a raw state, but it was wonderful. I will definitely make this dish again. It is likely to become a regular!

Great recipe. Served it over brown rice and it was really tasty. Also added peas, carrots, and mushrooms when the chicken broth was added. Very nice. Hubby and kids loved it. Will use this recipe again!

Summer Soup of Butternut and Corn

This was really good. Maybe a little too peppery for my taste but it was very good. Next time I make this I will definitely only add 1/2 the pepper required though.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Very good, but I recommend more garlic. I am a lover of garlic though so if your really not a garlic fan stick with the recipe. It was just slightly bland other than the lemon flavor. I will try it again and next time will put more garlic and maybe leave off the lemon juice.

Tartar Sauce I

Great basic recipe. I like a little bit sweeter of a taste to my tartar sauce so I doubled the sweet relish and it was perfect. Thanks for the great recipe.
