Be careful with the chips...I cooked them too long twice. I ended up only having to microwave them for 1 1/2 minutes and my microwave isn't a strong one. Other than than they were pretty good. I prefer the all p'nut butter ones, though.

Almond Mandarin Salad

Fantastic! Simple to make and delicious. My boyfriend, who was sure he wouldn't like it because of the dressing, gobbled it up and wants me to make it again. Toasted almonds were a nice touch.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Maybe something went wrong but I followed the recipe - unfortunately, my chicken was dry and rather bland. And the leftovers didn't get any better. Don't know if I would try it again.
