Very good. Crispy and moist. I used chicken drumsticks. I used Italian breadcrumbs, 1/4 c mayo and 1/4 c milk. Baked at 375 for 30 min and then 350 for 15 min. Husband and kids loved it .

Adam's Apple Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2014
Very good! Moist cake. I added 1/4 cup of milk in the batter because I was afraid it will turn out dry. It turned out really good. I mixed everything using the electric mixer and then I added the apples. Very good to eat still warm just few minutes out of the oven. Thanks .

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
I used 11/2 cups broth and 2/3 cup wine and about 1 tbsp of cornstarch and the sauce is still thin and soupy . Next time I will not put as much broth. I used progreso bread crumbs and added garlic powder to the dry ingredients nd it made the chicken much tastier. The chicken did not soak the flavor of the wine. So I'm thinking to use 1 cu of wine next time. Will try again for the third time.

Too sweet. My daughter with a sweet tooth loved it but my husband who usually likes anything thought this was too sweet too. Next time, I will cut the condense milk in half and use eggs instead.
