Honey Pork Fillets

This was really good. Instead of the Pork Chop- I used the Pork Cutlett. I had to reduce the cook time to 20-25 minutes because the thinner meat.

I used Pecans instead of Walnuts. And it turned out great.

Deep Fried Lobster

It was good- I think next time I will put equal amounts of cornmeal and flour for the mixture. It had a great taste and it did make the lobster meat very very sweet. I will make this again
