Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Fantastic!! I replaced the chicken with beef and it still came out amazing!! My son devoured it. I didn't use the cream cheese since I did not have any on hand, so instead mixed the salsa with the sour cream and added chopped onion. The results were fantastic. My mouth is still doing the happy dance.
