Meringue Mushrooms

Rave reviews from a cookie party. They're a little tricky to figure out in the beginning, but once you crush about five by accident, the other 100 or so turn out AMAZING. I've made several batches since my first try, all with high praise from friends.

Chocolate Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting

I'm not sure what happened, but to my complete frustration, these stuck to the pan like a mother, and did not work out at all. The crumbled bits tasted pretty good, but they had a very inconsistent texture.
