Gelatin Spritz Cookies

They were OK, I think I just prefer vanilla or anise or almond flavor spritz cookies.

Cornbread Muffins I

Peach Graham Upside Down Torte

For high altitude it worked better to lower the temperature to 375 degrees and cook for about 7 minutes. I was surprised they turned out so great! I am going to try the modifications with butter and almond extract next time, however. Fun!

Spiced Pumpkin Muffins

YUM!!! I used 1/4 cup canola oil and 1/4 cup applesauce instead of the butter, and slightly reduced the white sugar. I think I could further reduce it without much negative effect. Great recipe!

Corn Yeast Rolls

Beautiful brown rolls that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. But I only had to cook them for 25 minutes -- I put them in individual muffin tins.
