Flan

This flan was perfect! My husband lived in Guatemala for a year and he said this is the only flan that tastes like what he had there. I made it in the 5 ounce custard cups and it came out just right. I think if I was making it in a bigger pan I would have to increase the baking time.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

The sauce was so good I wanted to lick my plate! My three picky kids also liked it! I put the seasoning on the chicken in the morning, so it would "marinate" before cooking it that night. Otherwise followed the recipe and loved it!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Very easy and tasty! I did not change the recipe at all and it came out perfect even with no liquid in the crockpot. My kids really liked it.
