Chewy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Brownies

these were ok. My brothers liked them but I don't think these had enough flavor. They also had this weird slide down your throat texture. I probably won't make these again.

I was pretty disappointed with this recipe. The first batch that came out was really bland so i added some more sugar and cocoa to the batter. This helped a little but not a whole lot, and i would defiantly recommend using a different frosting. This frosting almost felt like it was sliding down your throat. I tried to save it by adding powdered sugar and some peanut butter. I managed to save it from the garbage. Overall it was OK but not great.

Lemon Squares II

These were SOOO good. We had company over, my dad's college friend and his family with 2 little kids (3 and 6,) so i needed to do something with them to keep them occupied. They loved making this recipe and it's so easy and quick so there was stuff for them to do to. I thought this recipe wold be really bland with only 2 tbs of lemon juice but they had a lot of flavor. Defiantly making them again :)

World's Greatest Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

these were ok, but not great. Defiantly not the "worlds greatest". They were kind of hard and flat. I did change the recipe though slightly that made them better. Instead of vanilla I used choconut extract and some choconut.

Authentic French Meringues

These were GREAT! I loved them, they were so easy to make and still tasted amazing. I did make a few changes though. I absolutly love chocolate so i added cocoa to taste. I also only cooked them for an hour and a half. This made them more chewy in the middle but not too much.
