Best Brownies
I just made this recipe today. OMG amazing! I ended up doubling the recipe to make a 9x13 pan. Then I made a cheesecake layer that topped this brownie mixture and baked for 45 mins. Then I made a peanut butter chocolate ganache topping over that.,,placed in the fridge for a few hours. In the end I got an amazing brownie,cheesecake and hard shelled topping. Served it up with some vanilla bean ice cream YUM can't even describe this.

Cheesecake Topped Brownies
Absolutely loved this recipe. Instead of using the boxed brownie preparation I made mine from scratch then used the cream cheese topping as instructed. I didn't want to overdo the chocolate so instead of frosting I just made a peanut butter chocolate ganache on top which hardened as it set in the fridge making it a perfect combination of of everything good.. A definite keeper

Quick Fried Rice
I thought this was an okay recipe. I ended up cooking my rice with chicken broth to give the dish more flavor. Even with the chicken broth the dish still lacked flavor it was bland in my opinion and had way to many vegetables and not enough egg or bacon! It was more of a bedding of vegetables with a little rice. Next time I will put less vegetables, add another egg and add more spices for more flavor. This is a good starter recipe but not one that will have them asking for more. Even my 2 boys "who eat everything" said it's wasn't that good...the only thing I did different from the original recipe was cook the rice in chicken broth....don't see why everyone is raving about this recipe it's not all that great
