Basic Crepes

Great recipe! I did add about 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. These turned out better than expected.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Delicious! The crispness of the red pepper together with the flavors of cilantro and cumin was so good. We really enjoyed these! I was going to post a photo but we ate them too fast.

Viennese Crescent Holiday Cookies

Love these cookies. I didn't use the vanilla bean at all, I don't think it was really necessary. I ground up almonds because that is what I had on hand. The dough was a little difficult to work with, it kept crumbling. It was worth the effort because they are so good and with the ends dipped in chocolate they were amazing and so nice looking. Thank you

Baked Cornflake Chicken

I loved it. I just added about 1/4 cup grated parmesan to the cornflakes. I made sure I salt and peppered the chicken breast before I dredged them. It turned out great!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

These smell so good while they are baking! I halved the recipe because I didn't want too many cookies around and boom they were gone.These came out so good, I did use 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening. I also did 1/2 cup granulated and 1/2 cup brown sugar. These are the best cookies. I'm going to have to make a whole recipe next time.

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

This recipe was really good. I had to substitute red peppers for the sun dried tomatoes but other wise that is the only change I made. The sauce never really thickened but it didn't matter it was so good. Thanks for the recipe!

Quiche

This is a great recipe. I used bacon, sauteed onion, and some frozen broccoli. I sauteed the onion and added the broccoli.The cooking time and temp. seem to be off a bit. Probably 375 for 45-55 minutes. I also brushed the inside of the pie crust with egg whites to keep it from getting soggy, works great!

Baked Potato Soup I

We really liked this recipe. I only added three cups of milk and one can of chicken broth. It still was a little on the thick side. Really good though.
