Shells with a cremini cream sauce and a dark beer! I don't usually drink at lunch, but the pasta looked too good for water or Diet Coke. MORE

Apple Cake I
Tasty, but a little too "coffee-cakey" for me.

Cinnamon Ice Cream
This is awesome ice cream. I've made cinnamon ice cream before and it has always tasted good but has had an almost gritty texture to it. This one doesn't seem to have that problem. I think it is the use of the whole eggs (rather than just the yolks) and the higher half-and-half to heavy cream ratio than I've used before. Try this recipe! I promise you'll love it!
