Red Velvet Cupcakes

The cupcakes came out great (I used Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix). The frosting on the otherhand we didn't care for. The Cool Whip over powered the cream cheese and made it taste like Cool Whip . I scrapped the Cool Whip and made the recipe with double the cream cheese and butter, and added powdered sugar to taste. Then it was fantastic. Don't use the Cool Whip unless you like Cool Whip flavored frosting.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

It's awesome. Very easy to make, even by a novice like myself. I was a little thrown off by the cheese, but it turned out great. I added onions and garlic, and it was good. I've made it twice and my family loved it.

Weeknight Pork Chops

I love love love this recipe! It's so easy and quick! I don't always have strawberry jam so I've used blackberry, boysenberry, raspberry, etc. and they were all fantastic! Don't be afraid to experiment with the jams or even worse, not make it because you don't have the "right" flavor! I fry my chops in the pan and glaze them with the sauce for the last few minutes of frying. To die for! Thanks for this one!

Banana Cream Pie I

Made it again and it's great! I think the problem with my first one (and other people's pie) is that I didn't cook the custard long enough. I expected it to thicken in the fridge...NOT the case. I had to cook it while stirring for 10-15 minutes for it to thicken. It should really say that in the directions! Also I didn't bake it. Next time I wanna try banana liqueur in it.

Bloody Mary Short Ribs

Soo good. I added the garlic and the low sodium stock and it was great. It wasn't very difficult, even for a novice like me. Because of the tomatoes, it was even better the next day. Everyone loved it. This recipe's a keeper :)

World's Best Lasagna

This was amazing! It was so good I almost did not want to share! I followed the other reviewers advice and cooked the sauce longer. I didn't add any extra salt,and I used a lot of fresh basil and garlic. I couldn't find any sweet Italian sausage so I just used regular Italian sausage. I felt like a real cook after making this, lol. I never thought I'd ever be able to make a lasagna that was better than the store-bought kind. I will definitely be making this again.

Wow oh wow!! I made this for my family because the ingredients sound so good and I was so right! It was a HUGE hit! I followed the directions to a T and it was amazing. I took other reviewers advice and chopped up the bacon before hand. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks for submitting!

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Bada bing, indeed! These were very good! I ran out of evoo and ended up using butter. It was still good! I cut the boiling time by 7 minutes as suggested and they very soft. I cut the roast time by 9 minutes, when I took them out, they were too soft so I allowed them to roast for the remaining 9 minutes and they were great! So don't boil them for too long but roast them as written. Thanks for submitting!

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Way too greasy and salty! I love grease and salt but this was overkill. If I ever make this again, I'll probably use less than 1/2 the recommended oil and no salt. What was weird was that the first slice right out of the oven was good but when I ate the 2nd slice it was logged with oil. Sorry, not for me.

What an easy and delicious recipe! I had only a few ingredients to work with since the weather was crazy, so when I found this, I made it and hoped for the best. WOW was I surprised! Unlike other reviewers, I didn't get a beefaroni or hamburger helper vibe at all. This recipe was delicious! It's a keeper!

Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Lightyears away from anything remotely teriyaki. This was just not for us. For some very odd reason, the sauce got lighter when we baked the chicken so it looked more like gravy. The taste was off.

This was really good. I tripled the sauce (except for the lemon) and I still had barely enough to cover the pork. The sauce was very good though, no real complaints about that.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I made this as is and it was just ok. The parm just wouldn't melt and to heck if I pay $11/lb for Gruyere! I could still taste hints of the cream cheese, too. I stirred my butt off! The sauce got plenty thick, but it was almost slimy and gooey . As for the flavor, I didn't think it taste anything like "OliveS GardenA"(Popular Italian chain). It wasn't terrible tasting and it was pretty quick and easy to make. I probably will not make this again.

I made this as written except I used chicken thighs. In the video, I thought he said to keep all the chicken run-off after browning. I wish I would have stuck with my mind and drained it. The meal was so greasy I couldn't taste anything else. If you make this with thighs, PLEASE drain it before putting everything else in. It was a waste of food in my house.

Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce

I followed the recipe as is: I thought the chimis were great, but the sauce lacked flavor. It was just like creamy sour cream, nothing special. Also, there's got to be an easier way to roll these without the tortilla ripping. I'll make these again but avoid boiling the chicken, 3 cups of water took forever to boil down.
