Ahhhhmazing! I used a bit more of the strawberry sauce in the cake and didn't use any of the sauce when it was served. Absolutely perfect consistency.

Ham and Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2011
This is crazy easy to make and to use as a base recipe. I made it exactly how it was instructed and then I also made a second quiche with chicken, green peppers, red peppers and a blend of mexican cheese. Delish!! The kids wanted more and more and more! It's really easy to double the recipe... and if you want a less mustardy taste cut th edry ground mustard in half.

Yum! Yum! Yum!! Insanely easy and yummy!!! We didn't have any asparagus but we used all of the other ingredients. It was realllllllly good! Kids thought it was better than "regular" chicken cordon blue :)

Double Crust Stuffed Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
This pizza is AMAZING!! You can fill it with just about anything you want. We used two chicken breasts that we had left over from last night and pepperoni. A few things I did differently: I tripled the sauce recipe. I didn't have crushed tomatoes so I used a large can of petite diced tomatoes and cooked the sauce for about an hour which gave the sauce a great texture. It's a sweet sauce so if you can cut back on the brown sugar if you don't want it as sweet. When layering the middle I layered it as follows: cheese, pepperoni, chicken, cheese, sauce (about half of what you make) , pepperoni, chicken, cheese and then topped it off with the crust. Seal the edges and pour the rest of the sauce over the top :)

Pineapple Kugel

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
First kugel I've made or had to eat. My kids loved it. I did add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness from the pineapple. I'm bringing it to a potluck tomorrow so I hope it goes over well

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
YUM! Based on what I read I made the following adjustments: - I used an entire bag of frozen chicken. - I only used half an onion. - Used chicken broth instead of water +Minced garlic, kosher salt, and pepper +Bag of frozen corn +Celery +Chopped Carrots The dumplings (dough) took way longer then 30 minutes to cook so I would suggest adding about 2 hours before you are about done.
