Amazing flavor combination! Next time I will use even less Dijon mustard (I only put half in this time and it was still too much) or maybe I will omit it completely. I also didn't have pie crusts, so I just layered the herb mixture, cheese and spinach on top of the salmon! Delicious!

Pork Chop and Roasted Red Pepper Bake

I really enjoyed this recipe...definitely was something different than we are used to! I did take others advice and cut back on the lemon juice which probably helped with the flavor. Since this recipe had such a sweet taste to it, I think I may try a hotter pepper on top or a mixture of the two types of peppers.
