Sugar Cookies with Caramel Pockets and Chocolate Drizzle
Well, I am a pretty experienced cookie baker, and as expected, these are "putzy" cookies. I did not refrigerate the dough, because it was already crumbly after mixing and I could only imagine how hard it would be to work with cold (I think that extra 1/4 C flour might be too much...). So I followed the rolling instructions and had to work with the dough to get it to cover the candy without gaps--definitely DON'T work with it in your hands--the heat only makes it worse. Worked best when I had them on parchment and crimped and pressed with a fork. Still more than half of them burst during baking. Also baked about 4 minutes longer than called for, just so the dough wasn't raw. Maybe the extra baking time caused them to burst, so if I do decide they're worth the trouble to make again, I will maybe cut the temp down to 350 so they can take the extra time. The dough itself is pretty good sugar cookie, but definitely don't do these when limited in time, and be prepared to "play" with them to get them covered.

Donut Muffins
Bad bland gross. It would take too much work on the recipe to make them have any flavor--have to adjust the butter to oil, add an egg, up the baking powder. Just re-do all around. Very disappointing. The worst part is now I have to wash out those little muffin pans for a recipe that wasn't even worth it. My husband, who will eat ANYTHING, agrees. Sorry...!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
I made this by hand as well. Kneaded 10 minutes. Ratio of ingredients was just fine. I used it to make 9 dinner rolls in a pie plate, and 10 roll-up cinnamon rolls in an 8x11. Mad a 15" roll, and cut into 1 1/2" slices. Used the filling recipe from the Cinnabon Clone recipe--mixed teh sugar, butter and cinnamon together and spread it on the dough. The cinnamon rolls turned out GREAT. FANTASTIC. The dinner rolls just OK, and I may have baked them about 3 minutes too long. I reduced the baking temp of everything to 375. I think this is a much better recipe for "formed" type rolls, as in the picture, or the cinnamon rolls, but just the balls of dough turned out tough. I will save to use as my cinnamon roll recipe.
