Mexican Turkey Corn Bread Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2015
awesome recipie! i did change it a bit. i added a whole packet of taco seasoning, 4 oz of orzo and a 15 oz jar of mild salsa. i also added 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat/pasta mixture before topping with the cornbread mix. baked it for 1 hour at 400 and then added 1 cup of mexican cheese blend to the top. kids and husband approved, they even went back for seconds.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2011
Great recipe, so easy and fast to whip up. I always have leftover buttermilk in my fridge so I use that instead of the "sour milk" that I calls for. Even though I always forget to add the melted butter they always come out perfect!! Will never use the box stuff again!

Monkey Bread

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
flavor is phenomenal! Made it with my 3 year old son and it was so simple to make. Used less sugar in the syrup, the apple butter gave it a nice distinctive taste that we all liked and I have very picky eaters. the only problem I encountered was the cooking time. Cooked it as directed and it was still raw so had to put it back in the pan and cook it longer, could be the pan I used, I have a stoneware monkey bread pan from William Sonoma. Will definitely make this again but will adjust the cooking time.

Teriyaki Marinade

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
I made teriyaki kabobs often and didn't have any of the store bought marinade so I decided to give this a try. My husband loved this! The only thing i did different was i cut down on the garlic powder, used ground ginger and onion powder instead and added a drizzle of honey to it. Fantastic!! So easy, all stuff i had in my cupboards already, i will never use the bottle marinades again!

Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
these were really good but I made a few changes and my family loved them. I added a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract to it and they came out great. We used just peaches and strawberries and didn't cook them as long as recommended.
