Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Followed other reviewers and sauteed garlic in butter and added lemon juice. I did season the fish well and allowed to stand for about 10 minutes. Baked at 400.

Feta Cheese Foldovers

A big hit at my Thanksgiving dinner. I used the flavored feta cheese. I froze them unbaked and then baked them frozen about an hour before serving - baking time approximately 30 minutes.

Curry Cheese Ball

Delicious and easy. A big hit. A little soft (even after refrigeration) to roll into a ball. I served in a bowl and sprinkled with toasted almonds.

Pumpkin Dip

Wonderful recipe! I served with ginger snaps, sliced apples and sliced pears. Made good use of leftovers - I made blintze leaves and filled with pumpkin mixture and then fried in a little oil until blintze browned.

Passover Chocolate Mandelbrot

Outstanding! This is a keeper! I made two batches - the first I made 2 logs - the second time around, I made 3 logs. I prefer the smaller mandelbrot. This is a great year round recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Sweet 'n' Hot Glazed Salmon

Cucumber Tomato Salad with Zucchini and Black Olives in Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Fabulous recipes - I used lemon olive oil in place of the lemon juice and zest; having noted the previous reviewers remarking that there was too much dressing, I used extra veggies - I topped with marinated mozzarella balls. I marinated overnight in the dressing adding the cheese before serving. A real hit!

Great recipe - absolutely delicious. I used Weeble's advice and used apple juice in place of water; I used 2 Granny Smith and 1 Honeycrisp; remember to chop apples fairly small. Thanks for sharing!

Foolproof Rib Roast

This is truly outstanding - it is a little rare for those who prefer more well done - probably another 1/2 hour when reheating would do the trick. Made this for gluten-free friends who loved it!

Unbelievable Chicken

Chicken with Blueberry Sauce

This has interesting flavors - my family loved it; I made the recepe exactly as it is - I prepared in the morning and reheated gently for dinner - next time I would add the blueberries at the last minute as some of them popped; I sliced the chicken into fairly thick pieces and served over rice. Simple and delicious!

Chef John's Classic Beef Stroganoff

Loved this recipe. Does need heavy seasoning - even though I seasoned meat extremely well, it still needed additional seasoning at the end. I made a couple of days before so flavors could blend in refrigerator and added creme fraiche before serving - used less creme fraiche than recipe called for; definitely recommend this one!
