Italian Butter

I used to work at carrabbas and I'm "pretty" sure that this is the herb mix recipe. They made use remember it when I worked there but that was eons ago and I've since forgotten. Miss the food though! OMG! BY THE WAY!!!!!! It takes Carabbas HOURS TO MAKE THIS!! Not five minutes. Grind slowly, don't rush, you don't want it to be a powder.

Tempeh Fajitas

Delicious! Didn't have mushrooms, cilantro or chile peppers. I too marinated it in soy sauce/lime/minced garlic and other seasonings (chicken wing marinade, rosemary, pepper, cayenne, crushed red pep and red pep flakes etc) for about 45 min and stirred it up whenever I thought about it. Word to the wise, I had to make at LEAST twice the amount of sauce this recipe required, I like it juicy. I marinated it in soy/lime/garlic and then made a totally different batch of the soy concoction and used that to add to the pan when I was ready for the tempeh. I put the spinach in last by letting it wilt on top of the food in the pan, then stirred. Came out suprisingly good, when I taste tested the sauce I was afraid it would come out too salty, but it had the right amount of heat and salt. Great! I did add a bit of water before I added the spinach. People talked about it being dry and I don't like dry fajitas. I just ate one. DELICIOUS. About to get another!

T's Sweet Potato Fries

You def have to play around with ur own seasonings. I used ital pepper, lemon pepper and salt and pepper but what gave it the kick for me was the creole seasoning. Only if you really like spice (add some rosemary too). I cut mine thin and put it on 425 because i was hungry. Came out fine, a couple are burnt on the ends but i lovee burntness. These will make your house smell xtra good!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

This was GREAT! My girlfriend LOVED it, she was eating and talking then all of a sudden she said " this is good!". I definitely seasoned the chickn breast with lawrys season salt and onion powder. I also put the spinach (canned, drained) in the bacon grease and let it boil so that the liquid would evaporate, then added seasonings. I too had a lot of spinach mixture left and I'll just use that on a day I feel like having some spinach dip (now I know how to make spinach dip!!). I can't remember what cheese I used but it definitely wasn't pepperjack, i think it was three cheese italian or something. I sprinkled pepper on top before I put it in the oven Will definitely make again!!! seasoning is key!
