I like to cook for my grown kids, my sweetheart and her son. I make simple things. My competition is the OTHER foods my loved ones would eat. I almost CAN'T go wrong! In fact the Ceasar dressing I made for lunch today got many compliments!! Slow cooker meals, BBQ and new recipes all the time! No there there. I'm first generation when it comes to cooking. My special mashed potatoes, baby back rib sauce, brussels sprouts with bacon and capers, and many more! Too numerous to count. Like the time I put rock salt in the birthday cake and is did not dissolve--twice. I did not learn the first time!!
