Tangy White BBQ Sauce

I was looking for a white barbeque sauce after I watched food network and the travel channel and saw southern barbeque joints using it. I made as listed exactly. I didn't get an overpowering vinegar taste and everyone loved it. I used it basting chicken leg quarters in the oven and the grill. We also used a little as a dipping sauce. Creamy, garlicky with a little tang. Loved it!

Oyster Stew for One or Two

I doubled this recipe and being from Maryland I had to add one tablespoon of Old Bay to the mix, everything else was kept the same. It was great and easy!

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

I made these exactly as stated however the temptation to make them much to big got the best of me :) I only ended up with 10 monster whoopie pies but thats ok they still turned out fine!

Honey Mustard Sauce

This is so yummy. I didn't have dijon mustard, all I had was course ground mustard and it still turned out great. It was the only thing I changed. I used it on hamburger buns for the chicken jack sandwich recipe from this site. Thanks!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

This is a great recipe. I used 1 1/2 cup fat free milk and 1/2 cup cream (that's all I had left :) and mixed some of the shredded cheese in with the sauce and it came out great. Hubby isn't a big mushrrom fan so I just added more celery. Also to add flavor when sauteing the garlic and celery I added a splash of sherry and it gave it a kick. I had no problem with flavor in this recipe.

Chicken and Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Followed recipe exactly except I used cheescake flavored pudding and then in a different batch french vanilla pudding. I have never received so many compliments before on any cookie I have made, now I get requests for these!
