Cheesy Rosemary Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
These are amazing. I didn't have lemon so I didn't use that, but otherwise followed the recipe. Made sure to all plenty of salt after reading other reviews and they turned out so good.

Corn Bread Loaf

This is perfect. It doesn't make a huge batch and is just sweet enough.

Addictive Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
This is a little time consuming to make, but it is by far the easiest and tastiest sesame chicken recipe that I have found so far. Delicious!

Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
This soup is excellent. I had no celery so omitted that and added a little celery seed. I also added a little garlic powder. Other than that I stuck with the ingredient list, however, I did bake the squash in the oven for about an hour. This really is safer and easier than cutting it raw.

Pumpkin Butter

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
I made this to put in the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake. Hope its good in there because its way too strong to eat by itself. Too many cloves! Update 9/29/11-This recipe is awesome in the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake!! That is one of the best desserts I've ever made. I froze the previous batch that I made in small portions to thaw and use for cheesecakes throughout the holiday season and I'm about to make a batch to freeze for this year.

Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
This dessert is wonderful. Made it for two Thanksgiving functions and got rave reviews. I agree with another reviewer who said that the pumpkin butter recipe on this page is too strong by itself, but it is great in this dessert and is enough to use for four of these pies. Once you have that made the rest is easy.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
I have made this recipe two to three times a month for the past year. This is the best chicken pot pie recipe. It made my boyfriend a convert from pot pie hater to pot pie lover. Try covering with crescent rolls instead of the second crust about 15 minutes before bake time is over. Great recipe!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

I made this according to the recipe and it was just ok. Has potential, but I will definitely try some of the modifications recommended by other reviewers next time.

Asian Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
These were great! I wondered if they would be good with traditional condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo) and they are. Different and really good.

Chocolate Orange Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
Make sure you give yourself plenty of time! These were good but not as good as store bought and the ingredients cost more to buy than the store bought kind. Next time for the mess and the time it takes to make these, I think I'll go buy a box.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
This recipe as written is neither quick nor easy. It is delicious though. A little bland for my taste, but my picky six year old ate it. I will make this again, but will probably try using precooked shredded chicken next time and maybe some additional spices that other reviewers suggested.

I make this recipe at least every two weeks during grilling season, but have been known to make it multiple times in one week. Hands down my family's favorite grilled chicken recipe!

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I made a batch of this and a batch of traditional zucchini bread at the same time and the traditional was way better. The bananas really gave this a strange taste.
