Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
Yummy! This was so good. I was looking for a creamy pesto w/ chicken recipe. Just used your sauce, I added chopped onion and garlic is all and it was excellent and very easy! Hubby has never had pesto and he LOVED it! Thanks, this will be a regular!

Grandmother's Pork Chop Dinner

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
I used rather thick pork chops and found them to be very dry. I loved the flavor, but would check chops after about 20 min next time and go from there. Otherwise, very tasty and easy! Thank you

Basil Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2011
OMG! AMAZING! This was so easy, and always have ingredients on hand. Today, however, no heavy cream so thought I'd try sour cream and milk, which I know I always have. I also had fresh basil on hand. So much flavor! Oh, I also used angel hair pasta (our fav!) Thank you for sharing this...10 stars!

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
Excellent! I hardly changed it. only because I didn't have basil! I would have also added fresh mushrooms, but only if I had them on hand, Everything else I have, and only have one recipe that calls for capers, so wonderful change of pace. Hubby loved it! Thank you

French Onion Soup II

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
This was soooo good! Just like the kind I used to get at the Hyatt. I changed it up a bit. I added fresh garlic to soup, used a blend of shredded swiss and mozzerella and made garlic croutons out of french bread. I put the croutons on top of soup, then cheese on top of that and broiled the bowls of soup. It was excellent!

Easiest Focaccia Recipe

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
Very easy! I've only made bread once before and that was 30yrs ago! I sprinkled Italian Seasonings and Garlic Salt on top before cooking, but forgot I was going to try to dimple top like in picture. I was going to use a meat mallot to gently press dimples? Not sure how that is done. You chefs might have to sit down for this next part, but I overcooked it by about 5 min and was too hard for my liking, so took a damp cloth, warmed in microwave and covered the bread in it completely. It actually brought it back to a nice soft crust! It took me ages to add 1 tbsp of water at a time, so will try previous tip of adding 1/4cup then 1 tbs at a time. Can't wait to try variations of this recipe, it was delicious!

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
Delicious! I actually forgot to print this recipe out before leaving for our vacation at the Ocean. But it was such a simple recipe that I was able to remember it! It was soooo good! Raw oysters and then scallops simmered in the clam broth with a huge loaf of garlic bread was superb!
