Overall, I liked this, however I only used about 2/3 of the amount of pasta called for, and I increased the chicken to 4 cups, otherwise it would have been more pasta than anything. I didn't have sesame oil so I didn't use it. It may have helped give it more flavor had I used it. It wasn't bland, but it didn't have as much taste as I'd have liked. I made it a day in advance, so before serving it, I mixed in a little more rice wine vinegar (would have added a little more soy sauce too, but I was out), and I toasted some sliced almonds to sprinkle on top to give it some crunch since the sesame seeds were a little soggy by the next day. In general though, it was good...everyone liked it.
