Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
So good and yet so simple! My whole family loves them! I usually don't like oatmeal cookies, but this recipe is the best! And the best part is, they are better for you than other cookies! Yum!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
The dogs loved these! I looked up every ingredient to make sure they were safe for dogs, and sure enough, they were. I added blueberries, (also safe for dogs). I used paw print, bone, and dog shaped cookie cutters. The dogs come running every time they hear the treat jar open now. They can't get enough of these!

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
This was wonderful! My mom had asked for a Snicker's cheesecake for her birthday, and I was afraid there wouldn't be a recipe. I drizzled some caramel on top to make it extra-sweet. Be sure and cool before you eat, though. It makes it much better.

Fresh Orange Juice

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
This was difficult to make, but overall good. I had cuts on my hands, so I wore latex gloves to prevent the cuts from stinging. I added a packet of sugar since I like things a little sweet. It was nice and fresh, the way I wanted it to be.

Play Dough Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
I used Green Bay Packer colors on these. Everyone enjoyed munching on these while watching the Super Bowl. They were fantastic! I had some green sprinkles, so I put those on top before I baked them. I will be making this again!

Snow Ice Cream II

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
This was good. I made chocolate milk to pour in instead of regular, and it made chocolate ice cream. It was more like a snow slushie because it melted a bit. But overall, it was good.

These were really good! I added a teaspoon of vanilla, some cinnamon, and some sugar to the batter. I put cream cheese on the inside and fruit on top for a yummy breakfast. I sure will be making this again!

Chocolate Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
These were more like brownies, but that's fine because I like brownies. I'm not exactly sure why, but they came out very puffy, but then they deflated and had big holes in them. I didn't have any frosting, so I filled them with peanut butter, and it was quite good.

I made this for my church, and everyone who tried it liked it. Everyone except me. But as long as everyone else liked, its a keeper.

Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
I made this for a pot luck at my church this morning. It was so yummy! I used three smaller pans instead of one big one, and two of them were gone right away! The last one I got to bring home, and I can't wait to finish it off tomorrow! I also used turkey bacon instead of sausage- a nice touch.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
These cookies were everything I hoped for them to be. They were crispy on the outside and warm & chewy on the inside. I only made 15 cookies using the 72 servings, but I made them huge! I used Christmas M&M's and they turned out wonderfully!

I recently made this for a Christmas party and everyone there loved it. I personally thought it was a bit rich, as I drank two glasses of water when I ate one piece. But overall, it was a party pleaser.

Pecan Pie VII

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
This pie tasted good, but making it was a hassle. You see, I had the same problem as many other people; the middle of the pie wouldn't solidify. So I decided to refrigerate it over night, and it was somewhat more solid. It still wasn't totally solid, but good enough to eat. I added whipped cream, and it tasted good after all.
