Pineapple Coconut Snowballs

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
really didn't think this had much flavor, maybe make them really small and serve with crackers as individual cheese balls.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
Almost as good as my Grams.....she made pies every Sunday. I used only 1/4 cup ice water which helps the dough firm up a bit, didn't bother to refrigerate. Fabulous

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
I have been making cabbage rolls for over 30 years usually i use one cup of uncooked rice to a pound of ground sirloin, then just salt and pepper not too much salt wrap meat and use tomato sauce and a little water to simmier, add a bit of butter since the meat is lean serve with mashed potatoes, buttered french bread.....gets better for leftovers, a yummy comfort food!

Delicious Stuffed Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
the picture looked so good but i was disappointed with the turnout, the meat was bland i did add sea salt, pepper, extra onion. concept is good but potato pancakes are bland anyway so they really should be doctored before cooking. I don't think i will make these again, but i can see where using frozen hash browns and sausage for breakfast might have more flavor

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
I don't know why but the meatballs were good but the sauce was bland, really surprised by the way it turned out, maybe if tomatoe sauce was used it would be bettter.
