Texas Brazil Nut Fruitcake

The baking time was too long. The cake was too crunchy and hard to cut. I poured some rum over the loaf and let it sit for a day. Unfortunately the cake fell apart. Now I serve it in a bowl. Tastes great!

Pork and Chicken Adobo

Way too much salt. I had to rinse it off in hot water to be able to serve it. I would suggest maybe 1 tsp. salt. Remember the Soy sauce is also salty.

Swedish Nuts I

This is the best candied nut recipe I've ever found. I changed it to nothing but almonds and serve them to friends and family. I will try to send some as gifts this year.

Norwegian Flat Bread

I like my flatbrod crispy and I found the baking time for this recipe a little short so after I baked them for 10 min. at 350 degrees, I put them all into a slow (150 degree) oven for an additional 45 minutes to make them crisp.
