Ghirardelli® Classic White Chocolate Creme Brulee

OH MY YUM! So good and super easy to make. I'm only regretting that I didn't make a double batch! If you can use a torch, the sugar carmelizes much better then broiling it.

Exactly what I wanted! I didn't want a sweet duck, but more of a savory. And now I have a wonderfully roasted carcass to make a soup. Will make again!

Roasted Pork Shoulder with Pomegranate Sauce

Mock Filets

I was skeptical about this recipe, but I wanted to use up some ground beef, so I thought I'd give it a try. The only change I made was I crushed up stuffing from a box, since that was the closest thing I had to bread crumbs. My 2 year old LOVED it! I will have to make it again just for him!

Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)

Super easy recipe and the results turned out great! Tasted just like what you'd get at your favorite Thai restaurant! The only changes I made is I used sweet rice that I got from an asain store and I sped up the cooling time by putting the rice in the fridge for a 1/2 hour instead of letting it cool at room temp for an hour. I couldn't wait that long! :)
