Very good pork chops. First, as another reviewer suggested, I used only 2 eggs and about a cup of bread crumbs. This was plenty. Then, like another reviewer said, I added about a tsp each of garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the bread crumb mixture. Also, as another reviewer suggested, I first coated the chops with a flour, salt and pepper mixture - then in the egg wash and then in the bread crumb mixtures. This made the breading thick and it stuck to the chops very well. For both the flour coating and the bread crumb mixture, I used resealable bags and did the 'shake-n-bake' thing which made it so easy to do and to clean up. Overall this was a tasty, quick and easy recipe.
