Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2002
This being my first spaghetti from scratch i was plesently suprised. I added red, orange, yellow and green bell peppers aswell as celery and mushrooms and ofcourse lots of red pepper flakes and i only used half the can of crushed tomatoes. It came out perfect.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

The perfect sauce. Very creamy. Substituted chicken for ham and left the oregano out. Very easy to make and delicious.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2001
This is by far the best home made caesar salad ive had and most definitly better most ive had in restaurants. Its quick, simple and mighty tasty. My mom always use to make the dressing but it was never creamy enough so now im in charge of caeser salad making. I didnt put the anchovies in and it was still top notch. Thanx.

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2001
While this was the best alfredo sause ive made myself, their were alot of adjustments to be made. I added an atleast another half cup of heavy cream and lots of of seasoning. Even with all the extra cream it was still far too thick. The taste was great and i added garlic prawns but i think more cream needs to be added to the original recipe cause all in all it took me a while to get it just right. Maybe im just picky. Thanx regardless.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2006
Though this recipe was great for anyone making their first mac n cheese and the cookin instructions were good the recipe itself needed quite a bit of work. First of Im an onion lover and it was even too much for me. Half and onion is just the right amount.I added an extra cup on cheddar to the sauce aswell as a couple tsps of garlic salt. And topped it off by sprinkling 6 saltines mixed with a table spoon of melted butter on top.
