Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Cook on high for two hours, then add the veggies (minus the cabbage until an hour before like the recipe states) then cook on low for four hours.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Instead of brown sugar, I use 1/4 cup of peach preserves. Double the ginger and make it freshly grated. Used pork ribs instead of chops.

Zucchini and Eggs

Grew up with this. I tried to replicate but I didn't know you had to fry the zucchini before hand. I went to make this as a snack today following your recipe but it smelled way to good, so it is our only side dish for dinner! THANK YOU

Capers and Halibut

I didn't have halibut so I used tilapia. I cooked two cups of noodles and added it to the dish, since the fish fell apart in the pan. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Thank you!

I substituted garlic with one medium shallot. Instead of marmalade I used peach preserves and added 3 tbsp of freshly ground ginger. Nom Nom Nom
