Yum, Yum and yum! I tried a few batches. I used both vanilla and chocolate pudding. I also used combos of heath bits, chocolate chips, butterscotch and peanut butter chips. Yum!

Cherry Snowballs

I used water instead of milk for the icing. Make sure you do not use cheap cherries. Microwave for 10 secs later and they are wonderful!

Chicken with Stuffing

This was wonderful!! I added a second can of soup as suggested. I also used the chicken with herbs. I usually use this in place of plain cream of chicken. I doubled the stuffing and liquid. I sprinkled the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. I used chicken broth in place of butter. I was almost out. ;) It was wonderful. My son loved it. I have almost no left overs. This is a keeper!

Chicken and Black Bean Chili

I made a few changes to this one. I actually won a Chili cookoff with this. Instead of the Green Sauce, I added Diced Green Chili's. It was a hit! The flavor was wonderful!!

Roasted Vegetables

This is great! This is the second time i have made this. The first time I didn't have balsamic vingar, but I had balsamic dressing. I did not add the potatoes either time. This time I only had an italian pesto dressing. I added that and it was great! Thanks!
