Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

My coworkers loved this recipe! The pan was gone within 30 min. The only thing i changed was using semisweet chocolate chunks instead of chips. I also beat and stirred everything by hand to make sure I got a fudgey texture. Thanks Brooke!

Chocolate Hazelnut Cigars

My roommate was about to throw out some phyllo dough, so i decided to make these with them instead. I brought them into my work were they didn't last the day, people really loved them!

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

I add some more vanilla and a lot more spices, and even a little coriander (just a pinch gives these a nice snap!). These cookies didn't even last 10 minutes once there were out of the oven!

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

I omitted the pie shell, added some oats to the apples, and added crystalized ginger to the streusel to make an apple crisp type dessert. It didn't last long, people loved it!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

My coworkers LOVE me for this recipe, thanks for sharing :) I did make a few changes for fun. I split the chocolate chips half and half between white and regular chips the replaced the walnuts with toffee. I also at least doubled the vanilla and added cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of both ginger and cloves. I made a full recipe and they we gone by early afternoon!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Great bars! I added some cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg to the peanut butter part; and made the chocolate coating with white chocolate chips and a splash of vanilla extract. I also made the coating with 2 cups of chips (1 full bag) and 1/3 cups of peanut butter. My coworkers loved them! the didn't last the day.
