Easy Pavlova

I have never made one of these before but it was easy to make and then i sliced up strawberries and kiwi on top and server it for Easter dessert. It was a big hit!

Extremely fast and easy and everyone LOVED it. I made some with almond slices, others with macadamia nuts(these were a huge hit) and others with mixed nuts. Once you figure out the correct cook times for your microwave its a breeze!

Baked Ziti I

I thought this was a very easy recipe to make and after reading many of the reviews I made a few alterations and its was very tasty. I made it in a large foil pan instead of a my 9 x 13 pan so that it wouldn't boil over. I will definately do this again next time. I added more cheese than it called for and I also added a cup of ricotta mixed with one egg that I put on top of the provolone. My kids said it tasted like the baked ziti i love from Sbarro. It was close!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

This was a very easy recipe and my whole family loved it! I wouldn't mind adding a sauce of somekind next time. I ended up serving it with scalloped potatoes which had a little bit of a sauce to help give the chicken that little extra. Great recipe!!

Double-Decker Fudge

I made this for Christmas and gave it away with some of my other Christmas baking and I had many compliments on this fudge. Many of those compliments were from avid bakers!! Great recipe!!!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This recipe was fairly easy to make. My husband thought it was very good. He did say that it would taste even better if you used a thicker crust that was more flavorful than the graham crust.

Chicken Enchiladas II

I had never made enchiladas before and I tried this recipe. This was an enormous hit at our house!! I have made it twice so far. I substituted colby/jack cheese instead of the cheddar and it added a little more zip to it. I have shared this recipe to friends and they have made it and thought that it was fantastic too!
