Sausage Stuffing

This was great. I baked this in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 35 minutes and added a cup of chicken broth before baking. I also might take the seasoning up another teaspoon. I staled the bread (15 slices) because I like a crunch in my stuffing.

It was good. I would suggest a sweeter apple. You also need to bake about 45 minutes and then turn the oven off and open the door and let sit for an hour before cooling in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

These are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Let the dough sit out for 15 minutes to make the dough a little more scoop able. I made the dough the night before and kept it in the refrigerator. I used a cookie scoop. Could have made them bigger though. They don't spread much so I got 24 on the baking sheet

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Great way to change broccoli. I loved the sea salt although you need to mix everything well since a few pieces came out saltier than others. Baked for 20 minutes

Cilantro Garlic Chicken

I used whole chicken breasts and the chicken turned out moist and tender. It wasn't red like the picture though. It ended up a brown sauce but still really delicious.
