Baked Spaghetti II

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2010
extremely easy for the less experienced cook! i added a few things the second time around: an extra pound of ground beef, sauteed portabella mushrooms, way more garlic, and a variation of cheese.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Easy and quick to make. I made it with parm instead of romano and topped with more parm and mozzarella. The inlaws loved it for thanksgiving! Note: It's much better served hot instead of luke warm.

Mary's Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
My office loved these for Halloween! Will definately make again and again! Note: I found it easier to roll out straight from the fridge as opposed to letting it sit. Plus I had to use lots of flour cause it was a bit sticky.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2011
great recipe! i followed the advice to use heated raspberry jam instead of real raspberries and heated the chocolate in the microwave instead of on the stove. plus after the 55 min of baking i turned off the oven and left the cake in for an additional 4-5 hours plus sitting on the counter for another couple hours before putting it in the fridge. not exactly sure how or if all that helped anything but i've heard cheesecake can be very tempermental and this was my first one so i wanted to be extra careful. my boyfriend and i both loved the finished product and will be making a couple of these for every holiday. can't wait to see everyone's faces when they realize how good a cook i am!! 5 stars+++++++++++

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
I made this as is except added chicken broth instead of water and only used one can of biscuits. I agree it was a bit bland, especially the chicken, the first day. However the leftovers were to die for! I'm so glad I didn't add anything extra! If you're serving a group though I would add some spices.

Cheesecake Supreme

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
My God!! Is all that needs to be said! I used all the tips from The Cake Maker, however the very center was still a lil goopy. Not like pudding or anything, it stood on it's own, just wasn't the same texture as the rest of the cake. No matter at all of course, but will try 3.5 hours at 200 next time. Also, all of you giving this recipe negative reviews yet didn't even make it that way.....how the heck can you criticize a recipe you didn't make? I for one have made a cheesecake (not this one but a diff recipe) following the high temp for an hour and it comes out quite wonderfully. Yes, it isn't as pretty and the edges are a bit rough and the crust is a bit crunchier, but I still gave that recipe 5 stars because it deserved it! Rate what you make, not what you don't....that is all :D
