About this Cook
I enjoying cooking and baking. I entertain several times a year and am always looking for new recipes to share. I'm a full time mom and hair stylest so I'm also usually looking for something fast, healthy, and yummy!
My favorite things to cook
comfort foods and things that are a hit with my family. If its not a hit it takes away from the fun of cooking .
My favorite family cooking traditions
Having my boys on the counter helping mix things into the bowl. Warning all that come and want a sugar cookie that there may be baby spit in them LOL Making things that have been passed down ... like german pancakes and "moms" meatloaf.
My cooking triumphs
My shnitzel coming out better than my Oma's but dont ever tell her!
My cooking tragedies
making shnitzel and finding out that they dont like it ... all well my mom and dad did ... so next time ... I will make my guys plain and the real stuff for us that love it.

RITZ Spicy Asian Chicken Wings
We aren't big wing people so I used chicken breasts that I tenderized. The flavor was great! I also did not fry them I baked them and then broiled them on each side. I would make the wings for a get together though!!!!
