Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
This was awesome. But I did as others and saute'd the onions w/mushrooms and fresh garlic then added soup and covered chops. My chops were 1 inch thick so 30 minutes covered and 10 uncovered worked. We served with mashed potatoes. All I heard from our table was Mmmm..

Broccoli and Onion Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2011
I read reviews before making. The only thing I changed was instead of simmering onions in water I sauted in a little olive oil and fresh garlic and added salt and pepper before adding sauce to veggies. This is amazing!!!! I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed this recipe. I will make this again and again. Thank you so much for sharing this. :)

I loved this. I did read reviews and added less chili powder and water. Everyone raved about this sauce. :)

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
After reading reviews I melted 1/2 cup of butter with a grated large clove of garlic (little kids don't like chunks of garlic) added the cream cheese and melted it down (all on low) added 1 1/3 cup of milk then 4oz Parmesan and pepper. This was AMAZING and so easy! Will make this again and again. I also made blackened chicken to put on top of the pasta and sauce. YUMMY! Kids loved this too.

Homemade Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This was very good! I did make my own stock..Whole chicken covered in water, a leek, whole onion, fresh Tyme, fresh Basil, 2 carrots, celery, salt and pepper corns. Boiled until the meat was tender (hour) then strained the broth..Strain with a cheese cloth if you want clear broth but not needed..(kids and I ate the veggies) Then I followed the recipe minus the onion since I boiled it in the broth and have a little one who won't eat it. I added a few teaspoons of chicken bouillon, salt, pepper then I added wide egg noodles. As I read before the noodles do absorb some of the liquid but mine still had plenty. My kids moaned the whole process saying it smelled so good they couldn't take it. Then when they ate it were raving about how good it was :) love to hear it. Thank you for this recipe!! Very good. Will share this with others and absolutely make again!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
This is AWESOME! I doubled the spices (except for crushed peppers, used 1/4 tsp because I have a 4 year old) I browned 3.58 lbs of lean ground beef, drained and added spice mix. These were absolutely the best taco's I have made....I will use this over and over again. THANK YOU BILL. I didn't tweak anything and it was perfect! :o)

Linguine with Clam Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
This is awesome!!! Kids loved it :) The only thing I did different was change the oil to Olive Oil and I only had fresh Basil so I chopped up three leaves...All ingredients were in the house. This was so easy and so good. Next time I will serve with fresh bread and salad to complete this meal but it's not needed. YUMMY and Thank you for this awesome meal.
