Herbed Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
That was wonderful! Will definitely make this again. I didn't have any cream cheese so I just used cottage cheese. It worked well in a pinch. Otherwise I made it just as written.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
My first bread from scratch to turn out perfect. Dont know that I will buy bread from the store again! That was too easy. Thanks so much. I followed the advice to use 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, might try it with just the 1 next time to see if it is still perfect! Also, i only added 2 1/2 cups flour because i had just scooped the flour into the measuring cup and wasnt sure if i had packed it too tightly. It doesnt say whether or not to lightly place the flour in the measuring cup, being a novice at baking, i need every detail. Lol. Anyway, it rose beautifully. Just fyi, I have 1.5 lb. bread machine and it took every bit of the space. Will be making this again.

We had never had this before and were a little leary, but it was great. I made it exactly as the recipe asked and it turned out awesome. Thanks.

Green Beans and Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
This was really good. How can you ever go wrong with potatoes and thyme? I used fresh green beans so I steamed them first. i cooked the potatoes in the broth mixture and then added the green beans when the potatoes were done. I used chicken broth instead and found that i didnt need the starch because the starch from the potatoes thickened it quite well.

Herbed Dumplings

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
Awesome! I used half the salt, but kept everything else the same. I didnt think it was too seasoned at all, but I was looking for a very flavorful dumpling. I used the recipe for 6 servings, I would either cut back on that next time or make sure whatever I was making had more liquid. No matter what, this recipe is an absolute keeper!

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
we really enjoyed this. i couldn't find any chili paste so I had to make it without it. It was still really good. we are watching carbs so we ate it without the rice.

Traditional Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
This was really good, I had to give it a four though because i was making it for my friends children who wanted plain Kraft mac and cheese and they didnt seem to like it as well. I would rate it a three for them. It didnt have the same creamy texture, not that i would want to imitate boxed macaroni.

Vegetarian Jambalaya

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
exceeded my expectations. i will make this again. I doubled the spices as well, and i used chicked broth instead of water and added a can of red beans. not totally vegetarian, but mainly meatless. thanks so much for the recipe.
