I love to bake mostly. I like to cook meats and potatoes a lot.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We love pork chops and fried potatoes. And soup beans, corn bread, and fried potatoes and a hot onion. new Years is Tamales, enchiladas, rice, beans, and all the trimmings!
My cooking triumphs
I made a souffle I heard it was a hard thing to make but I made it without a problem. I was so excited!
My cooking tragedies
Cinnamon rolls was my tragedy. They turned out salty tasting and hard. I was so upset.
