Chocolate Cupcakes
Over all I would say this recipe is a keeper. I added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and used dark cocoa powder. They turned out very good, as long as you don't over bake them! Otherwise you will have dry cupcakes, which is what I noticed most of the negative reviews were on. This is a good basic cupcake recipe, nothing too fancy. Also be aware that you cannot cream the butter with the sugar,there just i'snt enough butter called for in the recipe...however once you add in the eggs everything will come together nicely and clump free.
