Pink Lemonade Pie

I make this with both the pink lemonade and the limeade and my family loves it so much that my brother-in-law dubbed it "FamilyPie."

Vegetable Medley I

I'm not a veggie lover, but this is great... well, I did use Rotel because I didn't have any diced tomatoes and I added a crumb topping (crushed saltines and parmesan). Even if I made it by the recipe I would add Frank's Hot Sauce because I put that on everything.

Tea Biscuits

I've been making the same baking powder biscuits for forty years and I THOUGHT they were pretty good until I tasted these. Yes, a little too salty, but an easy enough fix. Very lovely tasting biscuits with a slight crispness on the outside and a light texture. Loved them!
