OH MY WORD!! This was wonderful! I let it marinate quite a while as our dinner plans had changed and I had to keep it another 2 nights. I thought it would over power the chicken and make it not work out. It was still very good- very flavorful, but not overly stated. Loved it. Definitely going to quit purchased the bottled stuff that has all the chemicals in it, and keep this on hand instead. Perfect!

Cinnamon-Raisin Granola

Definitely a keeper in our house. I made 4 batches and stored it in an air tight container for a couple of weeks. Very nice way to start the morning!

Bread Machine Bagels

This came out quite good- they tasted very much like better quality bagels. I made mine the size of mini bagels, then topped them with pizza topping for home made 'bagel bites'. Yummy!

Baked Potato Soup

This was absolutely amazing. I made it exactly as it called for except that I had to use raw baking potatoes, so I cooked it until those were soft. Everyone loved it. My husband even said "I am not a fan of any soup, but you can make this anytime you would like. Make it once a week- it is THAT good". We really enjoyed how thick and filling it was. I am throwing out my old potato soup recipe now... and after that I am buying more potatoes!!

Pizza Dough I

I made this exactly as stated- just mixed it together and patted the dough on my pizza stone. It was wonderful. From 'what's for dinner? to eating in 30 minutes... the pizza delivery person can't even get me pizza that fast!! Very nice!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I didn't have the yogurt, so I used milk instead. These are FABULOUS- very moist and yummy. Now my high school age daughter will eat something in the mornings on her way to school. Definitely a staple recipe around here!

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Amazing!! It's perfect just the way it is. I made it for my family, and my husband requested it for dinner again tonite. Yes, my family of 6 DEVOURED 2 loaves for dinner. It was THAT good.

Mexican Rice II

This was excellent- my family raved about it! I usually use a packet of rice with seasoning mix- but I am trying really hard to cut out the 'prepared' foods in our life. So I made this. Definitely a keeper!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are seriously the best pancakes ever. We add 'mix-ins' like mini chocolate chips, blueberries, etc. This is our new favorite base for pancakes. Thanks Grandma! And thanks to her grandchild, who preserved the recipe and blessed us with it!

Baked Tilapia

I was really surpised at how good this tasted! It was really, really good!! A definite 'must make' the next time company comes over. It was so easy to make and tasted like I had spent alot of time making it, when indeed I didn't!!

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Most Excellent Breakfast Casserole

We made this the night before Christmas, and baked it while opening presents. Due to many heart conditions and a couple of vegetarians in our family, I made it with Soy Sausage and Soy bacon. It was very good! We had some left over and had it the next morning- the flavor was wonderful!! This is definitely a keeper in our recipe book!!!
