This recipe was PERFECT! I followed it exactly, and my flan came out silky smooth and beautiful! It was so delicious, my family couldn't stop raving! It did need about 20 extra minutes in the oven, but WOW! Fantastic texture and flavor.

Apple Bavarian Torte

My husband could not stop talking about this torte. I made it with pears, and it was absolutely delicious. He's asked for it several times since!

Spinach Quiche

This was completely delicious. I just mixed the spinach, onion, garlic mixture right in with the eggs and poured it into the crust. It came out fabulously!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I found this to be extremely acidic. I'm going to go add some brown sugar and hope that it cuts the acid of the tomatoes. If I ever make this again, I might try sauteing the tomatoes first to cook out some of the acidity.
