SUSHI! I know it's super easy but I spent years spending big money on sushi until I got over my fear of dealing with raw fish and POW BAM !! sushi :D
My cooking tragedies
When I first starting cooking biscotti I forget how hot the broiler gets and I set a pan of biscotti on fire. Wound up throwing it into the back yard hot tub out of panic hahahaha

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
This chocolate cake literally takes all other chocolate cakes I've ever made!! It's rich and creamy. It's not too sweet, too anything! ITS P-E-R-F-E-C-T!! I made absolutely no changes to this recipe. I follow the directions to a T!! I skimmed through some bad reviews and am perplexed as to how it could have gone wrong! Oh.. I did use ghiradelli unsweetened cocoa; if that means anything to anyone. This is the winner :D

Hawaiian Bread II
Not sure if this has already been stated. The only thing i did different was proof the yeast with about a tbs of sugar so that it was super creamy and foamy. That made a HUGE difference the second time. I also did NOT bake them in cake pans, as they are more condensed and seemed to have to cook longer and were a bit dry. I layed them out on a cookie sheet. Not only were they sweet and delicious but even FLUFFIER this way. So. Friggin. Good.!!

Best Brownies
omgoodness! These are now my only brownie recipe. Next time I HAVE to double it. THESE ARE SO GOOEY, MOIST, DELICIOUS AOFIJAE;IAJF;KJ everything. I need to go to MMA tonight to work off the whole pan.. I mean... one slice :)
