Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2004
Very Very very yummy!!! I did do as others had recommended and mixed the noodles in with the sauce mixture. I also used a jar of plan spaghetti sauce. The leftovers were even better than the casserole the first night!! Great recipe and will definitely be making again!

This was sooooooooooo good and flavorful. I cannot believe how moist the chops stayed. They were so tender and delicious. I too only cooked them for 30/30 per previous suggestions. We will definitely make again!!! Thank you!!

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2002
This turned out soooooooo yummy! It didn't dry all that shiny like I thought it would, but it definitely gave the cookies the professional look I was going for! I had so much fun painting this icing on! I used vanilla extract because I did not have any almond extract and it turned out great! I also put this on the Soft Christmas Cookies recipe and they were so delicious!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2002
Mmmm, these turned out so soft. I actually only wanted to make 2 dozen cookies, so I halved the batch and they turned out nice. I only used 1 1/2 cups flour (3 cups halved) and I did bake them at 350 instead of 400. They turned out very soft and yummy! I had to hide them from my husband because he kept eating them before I had a chance to deorate them!! I will definitely make this recipe for years to come!

Classic Baked Mostaccioli

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2002
I too used Parmesan instead of Romano and it turned out delicious! I didn't put any meat into it, but I think it would be good with either Italiean Sausage or Beef in it! Great as leftovers too!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2002
The worchestershire sauce in this smelled horrible and I couldn't help but smell it when I was eating it as well, but my little sister liked it! It tasted ok, but I won't make again.

Cocktail Meatballs III

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
I cheated and didn't make my own meatballs. I just bought frozen ones, but the sauce was excellent! I got a ton of compliments on it!

Cheese Lover's Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2002
This recipe was good, but a little bit too rich for our taste! After eating it, I did not want to eat anything cheesy for a week! But it was pretty good otherwise!

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2002
I have never tried blueberry muffins from scratch before, but after making this recipe, I will never buy boxed muffins again! These were so delicious! I halved the recipe and only made 12, the only thing I did differently was I only used 1/2 of the Baking Powder that the recipe called for, but they turned out wonderfully!! To keep the blueberry's from sinking, I rinsed them and then immediately floured them. Then right before I added them to the batter, I floured them a little bit more. They didn't sink at all! What a great recipe! ~Amy
