Awesome recipe. So rich, moist and delicious. The second time I made them I used half brown sugar, half white and they were even better. My picky 3 year old cant stop eating them!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
So simple, yet so deliciously rich and sweet but with a little saltiness from the peanut butter chips. Just what I needed to satisfy my fudge craving. Everyone keeps asking me to make it again!

Baked Scallops

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
One of my favourite recipes from this site. Turned out perfectly following the recipe as is. I have also tried using half scallops and half shrimp. So good, very rich. Restaurant quality. I prefer it as an appetizer rather than entree.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
I tried these just as the recipe states and they were very good; however, I like more heat so I added about 1/8 cup of canned sliced jalapenos...DELICIOUS! I make them all the time now!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
I used chicken, mushrooms, red peppers and red onion, marinated them over night and threw them on the BBQ tonight for dinner. So delicious, moist and had just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
Wow, the recipe is so simple I was expecting to be a little disappointed. The only change I made was made them into cupcakes instead of cake. It only took about 15 minutes to cook. Absolutely delicious and moist. Sweet with a vanilla flavour plus the chocolate....mmmmmmmmm. We ate them plain this time but next time I am going to add a milk chocolate frosting. I can hardly wait!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
This was my first attempt at pumpkin pie from scratch and my search for the perfect recipe is complete! It was so simple to make and sooo delicious. Best pumpkin pie I have ever had. I will never use canned pumpkin again. I used a large regular pumpkin and had lots of puree left over so I threw the extra in freezer bags to make this pie anytime! I didn't have evaporated milk so I used half and half, was still so amazing. Cant wait to make it again!

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
Very good and easy to make. I substituted margarine for the shortening and used another user's tip of rolling it between 2 pieces of saran wrap. So much easier to lift it into the pie plate! This one is a keeper!

I was so excited to try this soup and followed the recipe exactly but was very disappointed. It was very bland, definitely needs ALOT more seasoning and spices!
