Classic Goulash

Delicious! I halfed the recipe, used beef stock in place of water, and used 1.5 cups of macaroni. Turned out perfect! I don't think there was too much italian seasoning.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

I made these because of the good reviews, but I honestly don't see what the hype is about. it's a TON of prep time, and it's hard to get enough filling in the peppers, so you can't taste the filling.

Chili con Carne II

made this in a crockpot (browned the beef first). i added the 5 Tbsp oil, but not sure if that was necessary in a crockpot. also, took the cinnamon sticks out after about 45 minutes.
