Dessert Crepes
These are fabulous!!! I make these to go with my homemade lemon curd. My husband loves them so much I make them every other weekend and he eats on them throughout the week. Everyone who has tried these loves them and I get requests for these when company comes to town! I don't change anything in the recipe. I use my immersion blender for a lump free mix. Let it set up in the fridge at least 30 minutes. I made a gluten-free version for my daughter -- substituting "Mama's Gluten Free Almond Flour" cup for cup with regular flour. They turned out just as light and fluffy as the original. The almond flour gave a little extra hint of flavor! (G-Free version is a bit tough reheated the next day)
